Two Powervault enclosures at dusk, one open showing internal fire suppression cylinder and electrical panel.

Powervault, and the Group behind it.

A Pai Kane Group company, built around a single dedicated plant and four enclosure families.

What Powervault is

One plant. Four enclosure families. Steel to finished product.

Powervault is a Pai Kane Group company set up to do one thing well: take a specialised steel enclosure from design to execution — for BESS, data centre gensets, diesel and gas gensets, and compact substations — under one roof.

Where to go next

What we build

Four enclosure families, engineered as one discipline — steel shell, structural weldment and electrical provisions together.

Where it's built

A dedicated plant being built to take steel to finished enclosure, with robotic welding and a C5M paint booth.

Powervault

One plant, one process, four families.

Powervault exists because the same gap kept appearing across the power sector — enclosure supply that was inconsistent on weld quality, coating life and dimensional fit, and slow to adapt to a project's actual specification. Powervault is a dedicated response to that gap: one plant, one process, four enclosure families, engineered to the same standard regardless of order size.

Powervault's plant is under construction, with series production scheduled for 2027. Prototype enclosures for BESS and compact substation applications are in build, and certifications are in progress. We do not yet have a long delivered reference list, and we would rather you heard that from us.

How it works

From specification to a delivered enclosure.

What happens after you send us a specification.

01 — Specification

Send us the application, sizing, coating grade and governing standard.

The more complete the brief, the faster we can price it — see the enquiry form for the full field list.

02 — Engineering review & quotation

We check constructability against your drawings and standards.

Configuration, coating and fit-out level are confirmed before a quotation is issued.

03 — Fabrication & weld

Steel to structural weldment on the same line, every time.

Robotic and semi-automated welding to EN 1090 / ISO 3834.

04 — Coating, fit-out & test

Specified coating, internal fit-out, then structural and water-ingress testing.

Every enclosure is tested before it leaves the line, regardless of order size.

Why work with Powervault

What backing us with an order actually gets you.

01

Group backing since 1989

Powervault is backed by a power-engineering group with a commercial presence in over 86 countries — not a standalone trading operation.

02

One plant, one point of accountability

Steel-to-finished production under one roof means no sub-contracted quality gaps and one point of accountability for schedule.

03

Documented, not implied

Our standards page distinguishes engineered-to from certified, item by item — we'd rather show you where we stand than publish a badge early.

04

Named leadership

Real, named people behind the business — not an anonymous storefront.
