Four enclosure families, engineered as one discipline.
Powervault builds specialised enclosures and E-houses for BESS, data centre gensets, diesel & gas gensets and compact substations — steel to finished enclosure, under one roof.

BESS enclosures
Battery energy storage enclosures built to survive thermal, fire and duty-cycle demands over a multi-year field life.

Data centre genset enclosures
Genset enclosures engineered against the acoustic and availability specification set by the facility.

Diesel & gas genset enclosures
Acoustic genset enclosures for standby and prime power, sized and finished to the site they will stand in.

Compact substation & E-house enclosures
Switchgear and transformer enclosures built for utility and industrial deployment, documented for empanelment.
View enclosure →One envelope, three disciplines.
Every Powervault enclosure is an ISO-format steel shell, a structural weldment and an electrical enclosure at the same time, whichever of the four families it belongs to. These are usually supplied by three different types of vendor — we are set up for all three, in the same building.
- Steel shell Corrosion-rated steel envelope, corrugated for structural stiffness and transport handling.
- Structural weldment Robotic and semi-automated welding to a repeatable structural standard.
- Electrical enclosure Provisions for switchgear, cable management and internal fit-out, engineered to the governing electrical code.
