Aerial view of a large Powervault enclosure installation, rows of specialised enclosures with access walkways and stairs on site.

The plant — our strongest asset.

A dedicated plant being built to take an enclosure from steel to finished product under one roof, with robotic welding, an ISO 12944 C5M paint booth and precision pneumatic jigs designed to Powervault drawings.

Sheet & plate intake

Cut sheet and plate for structural and cladding steel, received to specification and traceable by heat number.

Shearing

Precision length and width cutting ahead of forming.

Press brakes

Structural forming for panels, frames and brackets.

Shot blast + 25 µm primer

Surface preparation and primer coat ahead of fabrication.

Roof press & corrugation

Structural roof forming for transport and stacking loads.

Robotic & semi-automated weld cells

Repeatable structural welding, with procedures engineered to EN 1090 / ISO 3834.

Blast / paint / oven-bake line

The ISO 12944 C5M coating system, applied and cured in a dedicated booth.

Structural test & water-ingress test

Testing before an enclosure leaves the line. ISO 1496-1 type approval in progress.

Phasing

Built to scale.

The plant is laid out for specialised enclosures and E-houses, with floor space reserved for added capacity as demand grows.
